Section 1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jete7 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and all its services. By visiting the jete7 website, creating an account, or participating in any game or betting activity, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. These Terms may change at any time; continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Platform services are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) and all transactions are recorded in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Section 2 Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account at jete7:

• You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of Bangladesh.
• Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts may be closed.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited.
• You must notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account.

jete7 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. The final decision on eligibility for the service rests with jete7.

Section 3 Account Verification

For security and fraud prevention purposes, jete7 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• A copy of the National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Bank account or mobile banking account details.
• A recent utility bill or proof of address.

Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Verification is generally completed within 24 hours of document submission.

Section 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds at jete7: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. jete7 accepts transactions in Bangladeshi Taka only.

• Deposited funds will be available for use only after they have been successfully credited to the account.
• Deposited funds must come only from a payment method registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• jete7 is not responsible for any deposit delays caused by payment method limitations or technical issues.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be made.
• jete7 reserves the right to review or suspend any withdrawal request if suspicious activity or fraud is suspected.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirements attached to a bonus have not been met.
• Withdrawals exceeding the total amount deposited in a year may require additional verification.

Section 5 Bonuses and Promotions

jete7 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. The conditions in this section apply to all bonuses and promotions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• A player may not use more than one bonus at a time unless specifically permitted.
• If a bet placed with bonus funds results in a win, the winnings are added to the bonus balance. Once wagering is complete, the amount is converted to the real balance.
• jete7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

jete7 offers three VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Higher tiers can be reached based on consistent activity. VIP tier benefits are subject to change.

Section 6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming products are available on the jete7 platform. The following rules apply to participation in all games:

• All bets are final. A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless it was recorded incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical malfunction or system failure, jete7 reserves the right to resume the game after the issue is resolved or to void the bet.
• In sports betting, bets are settled after the official result is published. If a result changes, the bet may be resettled.
• The terms and conditions of game providers also apply. In the event of any conflict, jete7's decision is final.
• Winnings of an unusual amount resulting from a software or system error may be considered void.

Section 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jete7 platform:

• Fraudulent activities such as cheating, using bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to legitimize illegally obtained funds.
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses or fulfilling wagering requirements through low-risk bets.
• Using collusive or fraudulent strategies with other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system through hacking, phishing, or any other technical means.
• Conducting transactions from third-party accounts or managing an account on behalf of another person.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, the account may be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

Section 8 Account Closure and Suspension

jete7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Failure to submit verification documents.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• A directive from a legal authority or a court order.
• At the player's own request (self-exclusion).

The account holder may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Verified funds are withdrawable before the account is closed.

Section 9 Privacy and Data Protection

Section 11 Limitation of Liability

jete7 is not responsible for the following:

• Missing a game or bet due to an internet connection failure or technical issue.
• Failure or delays by third-party payment providers.
• Loss caused by user negligence or intentional error.
• Service disruption due to unforeseen legal changes.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or government orders.

In any circumstance, jete7's maximum liability is limited to the amount wagered in the relevant transaction.

Section 12 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute or complaint, please follow the process below:

1. Step 1: Submit your complaint through our 24/7 live chat support. Most disputes are resolved at this stage.

3. Step 3: If the matter is not resolved by the above means, it will be referred for resolution through arbitration.

In all dispute resolutions, system logs and transaction records will be considered the final evidence.

Section 13 Changes to Terms

jete7 reserves the right to amend, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the site and will endeavour to notify registered email addresses.
